Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIMES

We are processing most orders same day, or at least within 24-48 hours. Some orders containing out of stock or special items, might take up to an additional 3-7 business days. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Although most shipments are arriving as usual, some routes are experiencing delays due to COVID-19. All mail carriers, including USPS & UPS, have suspended their guaranteed delivery dates for the time being. Please check your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.

All USPS Priority Mail, including 2 Day Priority, is an estimated delivery time given by USPS. It is not a guaranteed 2 Day shipping service. Here are the estimated time frames for each delivery service:

  • USPS First Class Mail: 1-7 Business Days*
  • USP Ground: 1-5 Business Days*

*Please note that certain routes which are heavily affected by COVID-19 might experience longer delays.

Packages will be shipped using USPS, FEDEX, DHL depending on your location.

If expedited shipping is required please select the option for delivery overnight. Which usually arrives in 2-3 business days.

  • BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
  • ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE.
  • WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAY and SUNDAY

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned HAIR QUEEN EXPRESS due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the  customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. HAIR QUEEN EXPRESS is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

HAIR QUEEN EXPRESS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, HAIR QUEEN EXPRESS will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.
