Return Policy

You can return or exchange a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Something you need to know before returning:

1. Please contact Customer service before you return your package, indicating the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the items(s) to be returned with  the original packing.
3. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Otherwise please contact us freely, We will help you check updates at any time during this process.
