United StatesThe order shipped quickly I received it in about 4 days. The glue is really good idk if its waterproof but it does hold tight. I think this is a great buy for the price. The glue alone is almost $30. I dont really care for the edge wrap. I thought it would be a different material. The wax works beautifully. Will purchase again
